I offer Personal Training sessions for floor Yoga, Aerial Yoga and on the Swinging Yoga Board.

In Personal sessions I can dedicate myself to you with plenty of space for your individual concerns, with enough quiet time and all my attention.

We can work specifically on your individual issues:

- rebuild yourself after injuries
- get fit again after pregnancy
- remove shortenings and tensions from everyday office life, etc.
- or deepen and refine your yoga technique.
- Together we set up your desired yoga program for home & on the road
- If desired, a video of the hour rounds off the personal as a reminder for you.
